Additional Support

Additional eligible services can be purchased using your plan’s subscriber discount.

Unlimited Ask HR

HR guidance is unlimited. If a request requires a customized deliverable, it uses a Standard HR Service.

No Required Meetings

Phone, Zoom and Teams meetings are not included in subscriptions. Support is designed to be delivered efficiently through the HoldenHR client portal and email.

What counts as a Standard HR Service?

Asking an HR question does not use your monthly service allowance. Creating or customizing an HR document or other eligible deliverable does. If an Ask HR request turns into a customized deliverable, HoldenHR will identify that before applying a Standard HR Service.
